The SJSU Steel Bridge Team's hopes for placing at the 2010 Mid-Pacific
Regional Conference were dashed when its bridge suffered a structural failure,
resulting in its collapse. Team captains Andrew Veggian and Qais Lodin began
initial designs of the bridge, nicknamed "Tank" because of it's resemblance to
the military vehicle, in Fall 2009, Lodin said. (0)
